LICA由几位资深的景观设计师于2006年在香港发起并成立设计事务所。2008年8月成立深圳公司，并计划于今年底正式运行西安分公司，全面展开LICA在国内的项目布*。
LICA Design Institute was established by several experienced landscape designers on 2006 in Hong Kong. Its Shenzhen Office was established in August 2008. Meanwhile, its Xi’an Office will start operating at the end of this year, thus making LICA’s presence felt across China.
